The Riomar Dessert Bowl is finished in layered sea-blue tones inspired by the Mediterranean coast of Mallorca. Soft turquoise, deeper blues, and muted grey notes move gently across the surface, echoing shallow water, weathered stone, and the quiet rhythm of the shoreline.
During firing, the glaze settles and pools naturally within the bowl, creating subtle shifts in color and texture that make each piece unique. No two bowls are ever exactly the same.
The glazed bowl is paired with an exposed terracotta base, left unglazed to allow the warmth of the clay to remain visible. This contrast grounds the piece, balancing the fluidity of the glaze with the natural texture of the material beneath.
With a gently rounded form and considered depth, the Riomar Dessert Bowl is suited to desserts, fruit, and small servings.

The Nature of Handmade
Each piece is made individually, shaped and finished by hand in our workshop. From forming to final firing, it takes an average of seven days for a piece to come to life. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work.
