Return Policy
At Bodiam Foundry, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and considered returns process.
1) Returns
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging
- In a condition suitable for resale
As our pieces are handmade, natural variations in glaze, texture, and finish are part of the character of each item and are not considered defects.
2) How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us: Email support@bodiamfoundry.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Return instructions: We’ll reply with return instructions, including the return address.
- Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping & Responsibility
- Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Returns that are not shipped within this 30-day window cannot be accepted.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- We recommend using the provided label or another tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
