Shipping Policy

Each Bodiam Foundry piece is carefully packed and shipped with the attention it deserves. The following information outlines how we handle delivery, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure your order arrives safely.

Order Processing

All in-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days of receiving your order.

During periods of high demand or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Should this occur, we will notify you directly.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier schedules, and customs processing. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150.

For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and are not included unless explicitly stated.

Packaging & Handling

All items are securely packaged to protect fragile ceramics during transit. We take great care to ensure each piece leaves us in excellent condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in form and finish are to be expected and are not considered faults.

Tracking & Receipt

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

We recommend checking your order promptly upon delivery to ensure everything has arrived safely.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of:

  • The item
  • The internal packaging
  • The external shipping box

This allows us to assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us promptly so we can assist with next steps. While we will do our best to help, responsibility for lost or delayed parcels once marked delivered lies with the carrier.

International Shipping

We ship internationally; however, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
