The Kasumi Set takes its name from the Japanese word for mist - a quiet presence that softens the moment. The set includes one teapot and two yunomi, each formed in stoneware and finished by hand to be used together.
A pale, white-leaning glaze moves gently across the surface, pooling and thinning during firing to create subtle tonal variation. The glaze breaks softly at the rims and foot, revealing the warmth of the terracotta clay beneath.
The teapot is balanced and precise, designed for sharing. Its handle, spout, and lid are shaped for ease, making pouring feel natural and controlled. The two yunomi are rounded and tactile, sized to rest comfortably in the hand and invite slower drinking.

The Nature of Handmade
Each piece is made individually, shaped and finished by hand in our workshop. From forming to final firing, it takes an average of seven days for a piece to come to life. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work.
Subtle variations in form, glaze, and tone are inherent to the process and part of what gives each piece its character.
